Our Purpose is to help members to get a complete picture of all important speaking skills involved to be not only a better speaker but also an effective speaker. At the same time, for members who are interested in competing at TI Area, Division and D67 speech Contests to further hone their speaking skills. To create stage time and opportunity for trainers to share their experience, knowledge and skills.
